I was happy to see illustrations of the exercises, and in some cases,
they appear animated when you flip the page. Good job lining up the
images! :)

I see a few that can be done at home, but most of
them require a gym, unless you already own a bench and a set of barbells
or dumbbells.
Not sure if the home-only exercises will do the job, but I'm going to try. :)

When I first looked at this book, I thought, `those exercises can't
work, they look too easy.' I thought for exercise to be effective you
had to spend hours in a gym sweating like a builder. This book showed me
that it's a gradual build up of muscle strength that really makes the
difference and while the exercises look easy, if you're doing the
properly, they burn just as much. I started doing the push-ups because I
thought they'd be easy.
